Health is a complete state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well being. The foundation of success in life is good health; you cannot enjoy your life if your health is not good. Here, the health club at Biyani is offering various activities to keep your body and mind healthy. Getting good grades, focusing in class and balancing your busy schedule will definitely be easier if you have a healthy body and healthy mind.

OBJECTIVES

The club aims to involve students in various activities throughout the session which include different health awareness talks, portable heath checkup camps, blood donation camps, health surveys, yoga and meditation classes, aerobics classes and many more. These activities help the students to keep physically and mentally active and prevent them from many kinds of diseases. Also, the club aims to emerge as an important platform for the students to involve in social services also.
